We specialize in using low-code platforms and tools to deliver high-quality software solutions to our customers. Growing fast, we're looking for a software developer/engineer skilled with JavaScript and Python (or interested in self-study) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the President, you will have the important responsibility of setting up an environment, work processes and controls that respect the best practices of the software development industry.
- On a daily basis, you'll be designing, developing and maintaining software applications on low-code platforms such as WeWeb, Xano, Airtable, Draftbit, Pipedream and Zapier.
- It will be important for you to collaborate with customers to design and implement integrated solutions for their very specific environments. You'll be relied on to keep a keen eye on opportunities for automation and digital transformation, including new artificial intelligence technologies.
- When the time comes, you'll also be involved in troubleshooting, debugging and updating existing applications.
- You'll be called upon to contribute to all phases of the development cycle of the projects in which you're involved, right from the solution architecture phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a JavaScript and/or Python developer, minimum 2 years' experience in a professional context.
- Professional or personal experience in the development of artificial intelligence systems, or interest in self-study. (Functional AI, Operational AI)
- Familiarity with low-code platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills in French.
- Intermediate level of English communication skills. Advanced level an asset.
- Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to concentrate meticulously on details when the situation calls for it, while being able to step back and take a global view at other times.
- Interested in working on both back-end and front-end, in traditional development environments as well as in low-code and no-code platforms.
